PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Pay Pal.


Payment is expected within one week of a purchase. I am happy to work with you if you need to make other arrangements (Just let me know).


Shopping for a gift? I am more than happy to ship to a third party with a gift card. Please email me with the information at the time of your purchase and also include it in the notes to seller at the time of purchase. Just in case we accidentally miss it.


DELIVERY POLICY

I will endeavour to ship your item to you the day after payment has been received. This will be by standard post. If you wish to upgrade to priority which can be tracked, let me know and I will add this to your invoice.


I accept pick up from customers within New Zealand. Again, email me and we can arrange this.


REFUND POLICY

My goal is that you will be happy and in love with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, email me and we will see if we can resolve it together. I stand behind everything that I make and sell and I will replace/exchange/refund your product if it is faulty and has not been used or tampered with in anyway. This will need to occur within 14 days of you receiving the item.


Refunds are for the price of your item. I can not refund shipping.
